Refosco sparkling wine is dark, opaque ruby color. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of ripe red fruits, particularly rasberries and cherries, with hints of plum and a sight biscuity note. In the mouth, ripe red fruits dominate, and the wine is lively, with a well-balanced combination of freshness and fruitiness.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
