The wine is thick, opaque, dark ruby in color with purple edges. The bouquet is ripe and fruity, with hints of ripe forest fruits, cherries and cherry jam. In the mouth, the wine is fruity, and the freshness and the sweetness are nicely intertwined; this is also true in the long finish, which is pleasantly fruity and fresh.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
