Quality semi-dry white wine PGI

 

The wine is crystalline, golden yellow in color with copper reflections. The bouquet is rich, with hints of ripe pear, melon, green walnut, pineapple, herbs and the tip of the pencil. In the mouth, it is full, of melon and pear, somewhat herbal and a touch of honey. The long finish is mineral with a pleasant gentle bitterness.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
