The wine is opaque in the glass, and ruby in color. The bouquet is fresh, of small black and red fruits, especially raspberry. In the mouth, the wine is dry, the fruitiness and the freshness stand out, the youth is strengthened by noticeable tannins. The medium-long finish is fresh and slightly tannic.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
