Quality extra dry sparkling white wine PGI

 

The sparkling wine is produced through the tank method (Charmat method). It lathers nicely when poured. In the glass, it is a gentler golden yellow color, the bubbles are numerous and medium-fine. The bouquet is fruity, of apple, peach, quince, pear and lime. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, dry and fruity, with a pleasant and clean finish.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
