The wine is opaque, dark ruby in color with purple edges. The bouquet hints to ripe forest fruits, especially blackberries, but mostly herbs and forest floor with a touch of paprika and chocolate. In the mouth, the wine is warm, thick, ripe, extracted and compact, and the fruitiness is slightly more pronounced.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
