The wine is crystalline, of a gentler golden yellow color. The bouquet is fresh, of green apple, white peach, even grapefruit and lemon, with a gentle hint of mint leaves. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, with a taste of apple, peach and grapefruit, it is a little nutty and a little buttery. Medium-length fresh and mineral finish.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
