Quality sweet white wine PGI

 

In the glass, the wine is crystalline, straw yellow in color. The bouquet is rich, and floral and herbal; it has hints of rose, elderflower, daisies, as well as apricots, oregano and a gentle touch of nutmeg. In the mouth, the wine is aromatic, somewhat honeyed, but with enough freshness. The long finish tastes of muscat and is pleasantly fresh.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
