The technologically matured sparkling grapes are made from the Rebula variety, which gives the sparkling wine its freshness, and Chardonnay, which carries body and minerality. The sparkling wine was matured using the classic method of producing sparkling wine by secondary fermentation in the bottle and was destemmed after 48 months. The sparkling wine is golden yellow in colour, with fine pearly bubbles that open up to develop flavours of gingerbread, buttery bread crust, croissant and almonds with a delicate, dry finish.
