Delicate pink hues. The bubbles are tiny and numerous. The bouquet is refines and subtle, with ripe reddish fruits, a hint of baked apples, and fine spices. Complex, inviting, still youthful. Dry, light-bodied, vertical, with somewhat more abudunt effervescence. a wealth of flavor, a very delicate sparkling wine. The taste is long, with notes of Pinot Noir.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
