In the glass, the wine is crystalline, golden yellow in color. The bouquet is fresh, of green apple, grapefruit, wisteria, a touch creamy, with hints of honey and the tip of the pencil. In the mouth, the wine is warm, fruity and pleasantly buttery. A harmonious and compact wine with a medium-long, perceptibly mineral finish.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
