In the glass, the wine is crystalline, of a delicate straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is mainly fruity, of pear, apple and lemon peel, somewhat floral and with a touch of honey. In the mouth, the wine is dry and fruity, pear and lemon peel can be tasted again, the pleasant finish is medium long.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
