The wine is crystalline, straw yellow in color with golden reflections. The bouquet is fresh, with hints of lime, grapefruit, pineapple and elderflower. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and dry, it is mainly fruity, where grapefruit stands out the most, and there is a hint of herbs in the background. Nice and fresh and slightly mineral finish.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
