The wine is crystalline, golden yellow in color. The bouquet has a medium intensity, with hints of acacia flower, white peach, pear and citrus fruits, with a touch of smoke. It is warm, fresh and very dry in the mouth. Peach is repeated most prominently and complemented by almond notes. A harmonious wine with an almond and mineral finish.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
