The wine is crystalline, golden yellow in color with copper reflections. The bouquet has hints of melon, lime and pear, with a little bit of quince and a touch of jasmine. In the mouth, the wine is ripe, fruity, herbal and with a touch of honey. The medium-long finish is herbal and mineral, with a pleasant almond bitterness right at the end.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
