The wine is crystalline, with a delicate golden yellow color. In the bouquet, yellow apple and white peach can be tasted upfront and complemented by mild notes of white meadow flowers and citrus. In the mouth, the sensations are repeated, the wine is mature, dry, somewhat buttery, with a hint of almonds, which are strongest in the finish.

Today, the Simčič family takes care of more than 80 hectares of vineyards in the Gorizia Hills and the Vipava Valley. In them, they have a diverse selection with a wide variety of types and styles of wines, which can satisfy the tastes and expectations of their audience. They continue with the development of the estate and the cellar, and the newest generation of winemakers has already started getting involved in the work.
